Matthew joined the Blue Ocean Corporate Advisory team in July 2023 and has over 27 years of experience in equity markets. Matthew was head of Corporate Advisory for Baker Young in South Australia. Over the last few years, Matthew has led over 35 corporate transactions raising more than $250m for small and micro-cap companies. Matthew has provided corporate advisory services to listed and unlisted companies from all sectors, and he has a high level of exposure to advisory services to companies in the Biotechnology, MedTech and Tech sectors.
