Adam has over 25 years of equity market experience with a range of operational and management roles in trading, hedge fund sales and risk management. He was an early member of County NatWest and managed principal trading and hedge fund sales for 15 years post the Salomon Smith Barney takeover, and the subsequent change to Cititgroup. Adam was an Executive Director at Southern Cross Equities for 10 years before joining Blue Ocean Equities in 2013.
